Corporate Programs

Carole Hyatt creates customized programs for corporations and NGOs who are interested in assessing and advancing their careers and creating new programs and services through idea generation. Senior leaders benefit from the support and skill she provides through an analysis of their needs and examination of alternatives. As an American in today’s culture she creates projects that integrate her varied background experiences in business, education and theater. Her corporate activities include motivational speaking and interactive workshops on the international circuit. She travels regularly to five continents, speaking to audiences ranging from Jamaican women small business owners to Japanese multinational business professionals.

As a market and social behavior researcher, she has assisted Fortune 500 companies, the media, and government agencies in creating hundreds of new products, programs, and services. Carole Hyatt has been on the faculties of The New School For Social Research, Hunter Graduate School, Woman School, and New York University. She has lectured at John’s Hopkins University, Columbia Business School, Harvard University's Kennedy School, The University of Illinois, and numerous other universities and colleges throughout the world.

Executive Women's Relationship Events

The purpose of these events is to initiate and enhance strong relationships with senior executive women from the firms “Strategic Relationship” accounts.  The overriding objective is to build future business opportunities between a company and its organizations.  The events often build upon or creates a company's Women’s Initiative and provide significant follow up opportunities along with “buzz” and PR for the firms in broader women’s marketplaces.

What is it?

Event Overview

  • Invited executives will participate in this event along with selected women from your corporation.
  • Participants in this one-day event leave with a strategic plan for achieving their personal and professional goals in a more meaningful, proactive way.
  • Strategic follow-up exercises are a part of the event so that the relationship building between participants can evolve in a meaningful manner leading to new business opportunities.
  • This event additionally supports the goal of the firm to be a “best place to work” by aiding in the development of women leaders from the firms.

Event Components

Phase I

The goal of this relationship-building event is to deepen the relationships between the corporation and other executives.  This training workshop will prepare them to fully leverage their own involvement in the event. 

Phase II

  • Executives from potential client accounts along with your company's women attend a highly interactive and experiential event.
  • During this one-day intensive workshop, attendees learn and apply proven strategies designed to reveal hidden gifts and business skills.
  • Participants will take away a practical strategy for leveraging their current positions for maximum professional and personal advancement.
  • Your women go away with deep knowledge and relationships with the desired clientele.

This program is designed to speed up development, create and target products and services, and focus your team.

Up To Speed pulls together a comprehensive program into one 4-day package.

  • Day 1: A Seminar lays the groundwork for your socioeconomic/generational group.
